Question Regarding the July 26th Meeting

I spoke with the Coffee Emporium in Hyde Park about hosting our July meeting. They said that if we get there by 9:30 a.m. we should be able to grab 3-4 tables upstairs. Apparently they start getting pretty busy around 10 a.m.

What do you guys think of this? Does 9:30 a.m. work? Should I look for a place with guaranteed seating?

  1. Works for me. I’ll be there. I do live just down the street!

  2. Even though I live right down the street too, I think it would be better to have our own room like we did at the Bean Haus. I’m fine going back there or looking for another place with a private room. Thanks Shannan! Have good travels this week – Debba

  3. Yep, Kool and the Gang.

  4. ShannanB – Thank you for the invitation. I would enjoy meeting fellow cincy women bloggers! Unfortunately, my daughter’s 4-month doctor’s appointment is at 9 that day. I will definitely watch for details regarding August.

  5. Did we decide on a locale?

  6. HI Amy! I believe we’re just going to stay at the Bean Haus for now. (Unless I hear otherwise.)

See you in San Francisco! Debba

  7. Shannan – Thanks so much for the invite! Unfortunately, I know myself well enough that even with the best of intentions, I don’t think I can make a 9:30 am meeting in Hyde Park (altho I understand the need for the early hour).
Last I checked on the Center’d site, the majority had requested the Hyde Park location, but I haven’t checked in a few days. Hopefully I’ll be able to make future meetings!

  8. I’m in on the Hyde Park vote– allow some of the northerners to not have to drive as far and spread the love around.
